ENCINO VISTA (CONEJO OAKS)

Our Encino Vista project is in the Conejo Oaks neighborhood of Thousand Oaks and is a perfect example of our team's intention to build ADU's that not only exceed our clients expectations but also enhance the way they live.

At 972 square feet, this ADU offers an impressive amount of space while maintaining a sense of warmth and simplicity. The client’s vision for this detached ADU was clear: a two-bedroom, one-bathroom space that feels open and airy, with a design that’s both understated and elegant. They wanted a separate entrance for privacy and a layout that would allow for a natural flow between rooms. We focused on creating a home that felt expansive, with a sense of openness, while also paying attention to the little details that make a house feel truly like home. Warm, natural finishes were used throughout, ensuring a cozy, inviting atmosphere from the moment you step inside.
Every inch of this ADU was carefully designed to create a space that feels expansive without being overwhelming, and comfortable without sacrificing style. The end result is a home that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment while offering the perfect balance of privacy and connection.
