AMERICAN OAKS

Our American Oaks project in Newbury Park is a perfect example of how clean, streamlined aesthetics can create a comfortable and inviting home. This detached ADU, spanning 750 square feet, offers a thoughtful layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing the perfect balance of space and privacy.

The client’s vision for the space was a clean, modern look, free from unnecessary embellishments, allowing the design to focus on what truly matters: openness, light, and flow. Every element of this ADU was crafted to create a sense of airiness and efficiency, ensuring that each room feels spacious and functional.
